Description of SMS program
We use SMS text messages for service‑related and operational communications only, including:
- Coordinating onsite visits and scheduling service appointments.
- Confirming, updating, or reminding you of appointment dates and times.
- Providing status updates on service requests, work orders, equipment installation, relocation, removal, preventative maintenance, break/fix support, and consumable support at authorized customer locations.
- Communicating with technicians and field coordinators about job logistics, access information, and related service details.
We do not use SMS text messages for general marketing or promotional campaigns.

Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your active service requests, scheduling needs, and interactions with us. Some users may receive only occasional messages, while others may receive messages more frequently during periods of active service or onsite work.

Charges and fees
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by us or sent to us, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for SMS text messaging.

How to opt in
Where required, you may provide consent to receive SMS text messages by:
- Checking an SMS consent box on our online or paper forms; or
- Providing written or electronic consent through other lawful means; or
- Otherwise giving your consent where permitted by applicable law.

How to opt out
You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from us at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and cease sending further SMS messages to that number, except where messages are required or permitted by law.
